− It wasn’t initially clear in the booking there is a self contained studio on the property with a full time tenant. Didn’t affect us at all but would have been good to have a heads up.

Perfect place to visit Rotorua.

The house is beautiful, spacious, well equipped and well maintained; it looked like new. The view is wonderful; we enjoyed the sunset very much. Parking is in front of the house, very convenient.
