− Shower was very hot and couldn't make it cooler. Small water ingress under kitchen sink. Very loud and creaky dishwasher door. Not major issues but need attention.

10.0Super clean very comfortable felt like home from home kitchen was extremely well equipped lovely bathroom plenty of towels very comfortable beds can't fault this lovely little cottage will certainly return. Staithes is truly a hidden gem plenty of little shops to browse in lovely quaint walks a lovely little place to visit

9.0− The quality of the mattress and bedding were poor. Definitely needs upgrading. The shower had low pressure and the shower tiles need a makeover.
