An excellent, lived-in apartment. Everything you need for life is there. There is almost no noise from the street, 4 minutes from the beach.

− The equipment is a bit outdated, there's no ventilation in the bathroom, and the soundproofing from the neighbors is poor. The place is on the outskirts, so it's difficult to get anywhere without a car.

Guter Kühlschrank und gute Matratzen.

− Unterkunft stark renovierungsbedürtig. In jedem Raum bröckelt großflächig Putz/Farbe ab. Unterkunft nicht gereinigt und stark verdreckt (überall schwarze lange Haare, tote Kakerlaken), auch die Küchenutensilien nicht gereinigt, keine Kaffeemaschine, sondern Nespressomaschine, welche nicht gereinigt war; Schubladen/Schrankabteile vollgestopft mit Sachen fremder Menschen, auch in den Kleiderschränken im oberen Bereich; dazu noch Schuhe, Strohhut und T-Shirts im Kleiderschrank von wem auch immer. Apartment liegt im übrigen im untersten Geschoss ohne Apartment-Nummer; Ausblick nur von Balkonseite, die andere Seite blickt auf Geröll sowie verrostete Brüstung. Meerblick nur mit viel Fantasie.
