− A limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar. A roupa de cama muito velha e rasgada. Toalhas muito velhas e pequenas... Quando chegamos tinha uma barata (viva) no banheiro. Os cantos do quarto com sujeiras de limpeza superficial.
