We would stay here again, great location, well setup apartment and easy host communication!
10.0Great location in Melbourne! The room had everything we needed, including the additional sofa bed being super easy to use. Extremely happy with the communication between host they were very prompt at replying and check in instructions were clear and easy.
Disappointing stay
4.0Good central location near the university side of the city with lots of food options around
− Seemed to be a student apartment. Only one elevator shaft was working so took minutes to get up and minutes to get down. Street noise is rather loud - not helped by the fact the left hand side window latch is broken which lets in wind and road noise (especially on the weekend). Basic items like tissues were also not available. Bed itself was well worn and slumps in the centre - definitely needs replacing. Would also highlight that the sofa bed has an EXTRA COST per night, which is not well disclosed in the advert. We did not require a car this time but there is also conflicting information in the advert which, at one point, mentions there is a car park when none is provided. Good if it was a budget stay but unfortunate that it is priced the same as hotels.
