La ubicación
− La ubicación de la habitación que fue al lado de la recepción y toda la noche hablaron y no hubo control por parte del recepcionista, el primer día no nos dieron desayuno nos enviaron a una panadería, la segunda noche a la madrugada se levantan otros huéspedes y realizaron mucha bulla y bailaron que no dejaron dormir y prendían la luz a cada ratico del pasillo, la habitación no tenía ventilador nos dieron el de la recepción la habitación no tenía papel higiénico, era una habitación para 3 personas en la cual nos dan dos camas pero entregan una sola cobija, cuando reclamamos la segunda cobija nos dicen que no había y pasan una sábana, tampoco hicieron aseo en la habitación y no había traperos para hacer aseo Y para completar nos pasan el control del televisor y no servía y nunca nos resolvieron, tampoco tuvimos closet y tocó dejar todo en el piso
