3.0− Mein Aufenthalt war leider sehr enttäuschend. Die Rezeption war praktisch nie erreichbar oder vor Ort, wenn man Hilfe oder Informationen benötigt hat. Bei Fragen wurde man oft allein gelassen und es gab keinerlei vernünftige Einweisung oder Erklärung dazu, wie bestimmte Abläufe im Haus funktionieren. Gerade für neue Gäste ist das sehr unangenehm und wirkt unprofessionell. Hinzu kommt, dass das Personal an der Rezeption häufig unfreundlich und wenig hilfsbereit war. Man hatte nicht das Gefühl, als Gast willkommen zu sein oder ernst genommen zu werden. Anliegen wurden nur widerwillig bearbeitet oder komplett ignoriert. Besonders ärgerlich war der Zustand des Hauses. Mehrere Defekte und Mängel waren über längere Zeit vorhanden und wurden trotz Meldung nicht behoben. Obwohl man für die Unterkunft und die angebotenen Leistungen bezahlt, wird offenbar wenig Wert auf Instandhaltung und Service gelegt. Es ist nicht akzeptabel, Geld für Leistungen zu verlangen, die dann nicht erbracht werden. Insgesamt habe ich den Eindruck gewonnen, dass sich kaum um die Gäste und den Zustand des Hauses gekümmert wird. Schlechter Service, mangelnde Kommunikation, fehlende Reparaturen und eine unfreundliche Betreuung haben meinen Aufenthalt sehr negativ geprägt. Ich kann diese Unterkunft daher leider nicht empfehlen und würde sie selbst nicht noch einmal buchen.
