7.0Соотношение цена-качество. Наличие зоны кухни. Комната для вещей, холодильника и сушки. Плита газовая работает. Расположение норм. Матрацы норм. Территория отличная. Вараны живут в пространстве между черепицей и внутренней обшивкой. Не пугайтесь! Будут ходить по лестнице на второй этаж и крышу. Зато змей нет.
− Крышу не починили. Пришлось играть в тетрис по перестановке кроватей. Двуспальная кровать скрепит на втором этаже так, что просыпаешься. Унитаз не закреплён. Прикроватные коврики требуют стирки. Нет нормальных простыней, покрывал для укрывания. Купили за свой счёт. Напор воды не очень!

I've spent more then 6 weeks in Sri Lanka and booked 13 different accommodations, and this one I remember the best - hosts are super nice and helpful - terrace with fantastic garden view, with monkeys jumping around - calm surroundings, but very close to the main street - speed internet connection, perfect for remote workers - room equipped with kitchen and AC

10.0It was a fantastic stay really! The apartment is on the second floor of the villa. The first floor is taken by the host family, that’s why it’s very safe and secure. The host family is so kind, caring and friendly. It was a great please to stay at their place. The location is amazing, 7 minutes from Narigama beach, but also not in the crowded place, a little bit in jungles. There is garden in the villa, sometimes harmless monkeys visit the garden, it’s nice to watch some animals and listen to the birds. The terrace is a great place to have dinner or just to chill and relax. There is a kitchen in the room with all necessary tools. The bedroom is not very big, but there is one more to store the stuff, so that’s why for us (three people) it was pretty enough! It was the first time for my parents in Sri-Lanka and I’m so happy, that we chose exactly this place to stay.

10.0Very friendly and kind family. We were welcomed by a couple and their son. It is within walking distance to the beach. The family was so kind to tell us a lot about their place, which vegetables they grow and such. They even took us around back and showed us their own cinnamon production. All in all a very lovely stay with sweet and welcoming people. Would definitely recommend
