9.0La situation dans la ville près de tout et à 10 min à pied de la gare.. La taille de l'appartement.
− Il manquait quelques torchons et des éponges pour la vaisselle. La cafetière ne fonctionnait pas mais le jour même on nous a acheté une nouvelle. Bonne réactivité.

− Wifi was not arranged first 2 days of our stay. There were lesser duvet covers than our booking.

8.0la casa era bella e in una posizione comodissima, l’ho trovata perfettamente pulita e anche essendo in centro a livello di rumori non era male, lo staff è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile a tenerci i bagagli per non farceli portare in giro

− On entend les voisins toute la nuit : télévision avec son très fort et beaucoup de bruit.

− The only criticism is that an apartment on that scale should have an iron and ironing board.
