− during light rain, there was water droplets on patio furniture, seems like some leakage.. it would be better get it fixed, patio furniture was torn out, but except that everything was well done.

− Even with the instructions we couldn't get the upstairs shower to work correctly. Rather than risk screwing it up we showered downstairs. We would recommend you get that sorted out.
