− This place is a complete scam! After confirming our booking, we were informed just one hour before check-in that a previous guest had extended their stay and we would need to change our dates. We made it clear that our travel dates were fixed, as we were only spending one day in Yaoundé. Despite multiple requests, we were never given a proper address. We even went to the location listed on Booking.com, but there was no apartment there. When a friend called on our behalf (she blocked one of our numbers), the woman managing the property gave him an entirely different location. To make matters worse, the property has a no-refund policy, and the manager messaged us on WhatsApp insisting we still had to pay whatever fee was charged. We submitted a request to waive the fees, which is still pending, and the only response we've received from the property is a simple "sorry." I refuse to pay for a property I didn't even stay at. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had using this platform. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
