10.0Excellent location. Apartment was very spacious, modern, nicely decorated, clean and well equipped. I would highly recommend it and definitely would like to stay there again when next time in Barcelona.

10.0It is a very good location, nice restaurants and public transportation (buses, metro, train station) around. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth. Flat corresponds to pictures.

-Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine
-Pets under 10kg allowed on request ( additional charge 20€).
-This accommodations is equipped with a Room Monitor noise detector. Detector that does not record discussions but decibels, this to ensure the tranquility of the neighborhood. Any attempt to disconnect or exceed noise may be penalized with a fine of 50 to 250 Euros
