Rude staff at check out
2.0− When booking we specifically choose one queen and two single beds due to our situation, we had 2 queens, this ruined our stay as two of us did not sleep and had to have one sleep on the couch the entire time. We approached this with the young lady the next day she said there was nothing she could do which we accepted taking into account the Easter break. When we were checking out an older lady was there, we explained our situation, she got defensive straight away saying "what do you expect us to do", she told us we should have specifically written in our booking.com notes that we need these types of beds etc, very unprofessional, had her back up the whole time until I gave up due to her rudeness, terrible attitude and unprofessionalism, we won't be back and went to escalate this further.
