7.0Wir hatten insgesamt einen schönen Aufenthalt im Nestor Hotel Esslingen. Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen: Das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir durften unsere Fahrräder sicher in der Garage abstellen und die Ausstattung war insgesamt sehr gut. Besonders begeistert haben uns der Pool- und Saunabereich.
− Leider gab es auch ein paar negative Punkte. Abends wollten wir an der Bar noch ein Bier trinken. Der Barkeeper war jedoch mehrere Sekunden ausschließlich mit seinem Handy beschäftigt und hat uns zunächst komplett ignoriert. Auch danach wirkte er wenig motiviert, begrüßte uns nicht und der Service war insgesamt unfreundlich. Am nächsten Morgen fiel uns außerdem auf, dass einige Mitarbeitende beim Auschecken bzw. auf dem Flur nicht zurückgegrüßt haben, obwohl wir freundlich gegrüßt hatten. Das fanden wir schade, da es nicht zum ansonsten positiven Eindruck des Hotels passte.
