The place is stunning ! Quiet, space,.private swimming pool, so this is really good !

− The water fountain starts too early in the morning, this is a bit annoying. Location is really lost with no big accomodations around, or even a warung, and hopefully there was the restaurant of the water park opened, because if not, really difficult to find some food (we had no car and didn't know upfront). A bit noisy beds when you turn on yourself.

Beautiful villa located in a resort without traffic. We would like to specially highlight the attention of villa manager Komang who will do everything to make you feel at ease in the villa. Anything we needed he resolved it quickly.

The villa was beautiful, and the pool was exceptionally good - very clean. The on-site staff Komang was fabulous, very helpful, polite and kind. He arranged a scooter, a driver for a trip to a nearby waterfall and a masseuse.

− The curtains in the main bedroom were so filled with mildew (in Bali most curtains have a degree of mildew and it's not an issue, this was next level though) they made me wheeze and created a foul smell. When I requested they be washed, I spoke with the manager who was abrupt and did not even introduce themselves on whatsapp. They advised washing and replacing them was impossible. They offered us another villa for which they initially stated we'd need to pay an additional $30.00 fee per day - when I highlighted this was unreasonable they relented. We inspected the next villa and it had the same issue. They advised we could just cancel our booking and move on. I then suggested they remove the curtains and replace them with clean sheets - which they did. The second room then flooded and was without hot water from day one (my 69 year old Mother was staying in that room) - to which the manager reponded on the first day - that this was due to the gas being very far away. We again approached them the next day about no hot water and somehow they had it fixed and the blocked drain too. It was a pretty disappointing experience - despite the undeniable beauty of the actual villa. Whereas the next place we stayed at had less features, but was beautifully maintained and the management was warm, helpful and kind - we plan to go there again. However, we won't be returning to this place.
