excellent location and host!
9.0the room is in an apartment where other rooms could also be rented by other guests, luckily we were the only guests so we had the whole apartment for ourselves and Nicoletta also gave us the warmest room. Excellent location, Nicoletta was very nice and went the extra mile to help and explain everything, she gave us a coupon for breakfast in a nearby bar.
