− Mit dem Personal bei Frühstücksbuffet sollte die Chefin mal ein ernstes Wörtchen reden. Wenn man sich als Geschäftsreisender anblaffen lassen muss weil man die Milchkanne nicht an genau den richtigen Ort zurückgestellt hat, fehlt es grundlegend an der Kundenorientierung. Das Hotel ist gut aber aufgrund des sehr rüden Umgangs mit mir als Gast werde ich hier nicht gerne zurückkommen.
