Totul a fost foarte bine. Vila este excelent echipată, are un view foarte frumos asupra orașului, toate utilitățile funcționează perfect iar gazda Konstantinos a fost foarte amabil și ne-a oferit fructe, apa, dulciuri si la finalul sejurului chiar ne-a acceptat un check out tarziu pana dula amiaza cand aveam avionul inapoi catre casa. Totul a fost super. Recomand!

La dimora perfetta per una vacanza a Skiathos.

La villa si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Skiathos. Una breve salita e una piacevole passeggiata vi porteranno in questa bellissima dimora. L’host é molto attento ad ogni richiesta degli ospiti. Nella casa non manca niente (c’è anche una macchina per il caffè espresso eccezionale). Se decidete di andare in una delle spiagge a sud, in 3 minuti raggiungete la fermata del bus vicina al supermercato Sklavenitis e in 20 minuti sarete a Koukounaries beach o Agia Eleni. Se invece volete prendere una barca o un taxi Boat per andare a Lalaria o Tsougrias, in meno di 15 minuti a piedi sarete al porto. La sera in pochi minuti potrete raggiungere le strade piene di vita di Skiathos Town. La mattina é bellissimo fare colazione gustando un ottimo caffè sul balcone guardando il giardino e il mare all’orizzonte. Konstantinos, l’host, ama la sua isola e la sua storia, saprà farvi apprezzare questa perla delle Sporadi. Quindi non esitate, se avete deciso di fare una vacanza a Skiathos prenotate Villa Philosophia!

The host was very welcoming and provided us with some gluten-free products, six bottles of water, fruits, and vegetables. He also provided us with extra towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, and mouthwash (although not needed). The host was very responsive. As soon as we had a problem with ants in the bathroom, he came within 10 minutes to provide us with a spray against them to solve the problem. The apartment is new, it is 2 years old. It has free parking in the garden at the entrance. This is good because parking is a nightmare in Skiathos. The apartment has all the equipment in the kitchen, utensils, and plates. You can definitely cook your breakfast if you like. The bed is comfy. The place is 10 minutes' walking to the center of Skiathos. The host is a very nice and playful dog that is always welcoming when you come back from the beach.

− Although the location is very close to the center, the road to get there is steep and a total disaster, with the pavement almost destroyed and a pothole. It's definitely not the host's fault, but you need to take care of your car and definitely do not wear heels when you go out. The place has no sign at the entrance, so at the beginning you think there is a private residence. We got lost four times before finding the place, and the phone number in the booking was wrong. I recommended that the host put a sign outside the door that says that this is the villa. The entrance of the villa is very rustic. This would not be an issue if it was a 3 star, but for a 4 star deserves attention and care. The way the bathroom is conceived does not provide that much space to hang towels or put your own product for daily cleaning. We took a chair from the garden and put it in the bathroom in order to have a place to put our beauty case in the morning. The sun comes directly to the house, and there is no shadow. Therefore, it is impossible to have breakfast on the balcony outside, and the sun enters the kitchen. There are only the black curtains in the kitchen (not in the bedroom), and if you don't want to get the sun inside, the only thing you have to do is close the black curtains, but that makes the entire kitchen dark. The garden looks at airport. I s’eep like a rock, but if you don’t like noise this could be a problem. With the exception of the small mirror in the bathroom, there is no mirror in the house. If you are a person that wants to see how you look before going out, this is not possible. The closet in the bedroom is created with the idea of hanging only trousers or shirts in mind, and definitely not skirts and dresses, because the drawers are immediately underneath. The hangers are very cheap. There are pieces of unfinished work around the house.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit äußerst freundlichem Gastgeber. Küche und Bad hatten alles, was man so braucht, sogar eine Waschmaschine mit Trockner. Den großzügigen Außenbereich konnten wir wegen des schlechten Wetters nicht richtig nutzen. Ab und zu landete in unmittelbarer Nähe ein Flugzeug auf der "sportlich kurzen" Landebahn. Uns hat das überhaupt nicht gestört. Wer die Flugzeuge genauer beobachten möchte, kann das im Regal stehende Fernglas verwenden. Kostas stellte uns u. a. jede Menge Wasserflaschen, Obst, Snacks, Tomaten, Gemüse, Schokolade, Wein, Bier, Kaffee, Öl, Butter, Brot, Kekse, Marmelade, Dosenmilch, Seife und Waschmittel bereit. So etwas haben wir wirklich selten erlebt! Auch in Sachen Abreise war Kostas äußerst kulant. Da nach uns keine weiteren Gäste kommen sollten, konnten wir noch bis abends bleiben.

− Die Straße hoch zur Wohnung war steil und eng, aber man gewöhnt sich dran. Ist man einmal am Tor angelangt, hat man dahinter immerhin einen schönen eigenen Parkplatz.

Our friendly host and his dog (Bubu, which is sweet and relaxed) welcomed us personally to Villa Philosophia. A comfortable villa with a beautiful view of the bay of Skiathos and the airport (no worries, the last plan leaves at 22:50, so you will have a quiet night, besides the windows are pretty soundproof). The villa was stacked with everything you need for the first days. Water, fresh fruit, coffee and also a lot of kitchen utensils and devices (coffee machine, water boiler, air fryer, food processor etc.). The bedroom had a very comfy queen size bed and all windows and sliding doors had good mosquito screens. Outside there was terras with chairs and a table where we enjoyed our homemade breakfast, lunch and occasional dinners. In the garden overlooking the olive trees, there were two sunbeds. On the side of the villa we found a dining room table. So we could always find a spot outside of the bright sunlight to chill or eat. Our stay at Villa Philosophia was excellent and we definitely recommend it.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν η καλύτερη. Μέσα στα ελεοδεντρα με ωραία θέα με ιδιωτική αυλή είχε και 2 ξαπλώστρες με μπαλκόνι μεγάλο, θέση παρκιν άψογη, μεγάλες μπαλκονοπορτες, καινούριο κατάλυμα πλήρως εξοπλισμένο δεν έλειπε τίποτα. Ο οικοδεσπότης με το χαμόγελο πάντα δίπλα μας σε ότι θέλαμε με το παραπάνω. Θα ξαναπάμε σίγουρα.
