6.0apartment has a very nice shared garden air conditioning when we arrived we could not get wifi, or turn on the cooker - Alice helped us immediately instructions to find the apartment were a bit vague but we managed the washing machine worked very well and was useful to us
− the main problem for us was not enough hot water for 4 adults to have quick showers once a day have to wait 15-20 minutes between each shower and even then that's not enough we did have cold showers or have the water turn cold halfway - this happened repeatedly Alice did try to help us, she sent someone to fix it, but it was never fully resolved when I asked her to consider a partial refund she told me that this issue affects many Venetian homes garbage bins have broken lids, this is easy to fix but was not done guests have to handle the lids whenever you use the garbage bin as foot pedal doesn't work
Perfekt, ruhig gelegen, trotzdem war alles gut erreichbar.
8.0Die Lage ist super. An einem kleinen Kanal, ohne dass jemand direkt am Zimmer vorbeigeht. Sehr ruhig, Trotzdem zwischen zwei lebhafte Kanälen und nicht weit von der Hauptstrasse weg. Die Einrichtung war gut und sauber.
− Nur der Garten war nicht zum Sitzen, weil er nie gereinigt wurde und immer Blüten, Blätter etc auf den Stühlen gelegen sind. Aber das war auch nicht wirklich wichtig für uns. Und es wäre eigentlich ein netter Platz.

10.0Amazing apartment with beautiful private territory. Very spacious, with a large kitchen and a canal view. It’s perfectly clean, and you’ll find absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host is truly fantastic, incredibly kind, helpful, and responds as quickly as possible. Their support made my holiday completely enjoyable. I honestly don’t understand the negative reviews, they’re absolutely not true in my experience. I highly recommend this apartment!
