no incluye desayuno, en central para los fines de pasear. Es un edificio antiguo, pero operativo, no cuenta con ascensor, es un cuarto piso.
− podría contar con una cafetera en la cocina, tiene lo suficiente de todas maneras. La limpieza podría ser mejor, pero debe tener que ver con la antiguedad del edificio
