6.0Dobra lokalizacja, dostępność miejsc parkingowych, czystość pokoju.
− Hotel sam w sobie jest w porządku, jednak po pobycie pozostał spory niedosyt, zwłaszcza biorąc pod uwagę bardzo wysoką cenę noclegu. Największym rozczarowaniem okazała się strefa wellness. Przed rezerwacją nigdzie nie znalazłam informacji, że basen, jacuzzi i sauna są dostępne jedynie w godzinach 14:00-20:00. Dla osób, które przyjeżdżają zwiedzać okolicę, jest to duży problem. Po całodziennym wyjeździe wróciliśmy około 20:00 i nie mogliśmy już skorzystać z atrakcji, na których nam zależało. Rano dostępny jest wyłącznie basen, natomiast jacuzzi i sauna pozostają nieczynne. Uważam, że takie ograniczenia powinny być jasno podane przed dokonaniem rezerwacji. Skorzystałam również z masażu Lomi Lomi, który niestety nie spełnił moich oczekiwań. W porównaniu z podobnymi masażami, z których korzystałam w innych hotelach i salonach, ten był po prostu przeciętny i pozostawił spory niedosyt. Śniadania również rozczarowały. Wybór potraw był niewielki, zarówno pod względem różnorodności, jak i ilości. Jak na hotel tej klasy spodziewałam się znacznie bogatszej oferty. Personel nie sprawiał wrażenia szczególnie zainteresowanego gośćmi. Obsługa była poprawna, ale momentami można było odnieść wrażenie, że zadawanie pytań czy proszenie o pomoc jest dla pracowników pewnym problemem.
