9.0Die FeWo befindet sich abseits von größeren Wohngebieten. Es ist dort sehr ruhig und entspannend. Die Räume (Schlaf-und Wohn-R.) sind sehr großzügig. Die Sauberkeit und Austattung ist sehr gut. Die Vermieter waren bei einem kleinen Malheur sehr hilfsbereit.
− Der noch nicht behobene Wasserschaden im Treppenaufgang verursachte eine gewisse Geruchsbelästigung und störte leider den 1. Eindruck.
