10.0casa molto comoda e spaziosa..completa di tutto.. perfetta per una famiglia..molto spazio sia internamente che esternamente con il posto auto della macchina e il vialetto per fare giocare i bambini.

5.0Posizione comoda per raggiungere le spiagge e per gli esercizi di vicinato
− Il locale bagno era indecoroso: la doccia oltre che troppo piccola usciva frequentemente l’acqua che bagnando il pavimento del locale creava notevole disagio. Le stuccature del piatto doccia erano talmente sporche che la visione dava senso di poca igiene. I pensili della cucina erano abbastanza grassi, le varie stoviglie e accessori erano piuttosto mediocri.

10.0Tutto perfetto, come da descrizione. Zona tranquilla. Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile. Pulizia eccezionale. Letti comodi. Aria condizionata solo in cucina/sala da pranzo, ma più che sufficiente a rinfrescare l'intera casa. Caldaia ottima con pressione della doccia perfetta. È disponibile una cisterna con autoclave in caso di disservizi con l'acquedotto.
− Giusto per trovare il pelo nell'uovo, andrebbe sostituito il supporto del soffione della doccia. Per il resto perfetto.
