tempatnya nyaman, luas halamannya, rumahnya juga luas, bersih, kamar mandi bersih dan ada air panasnya, dapur sederhana tapi bersih dan memadai, karena pakai seluruh rumah pakai karpet jadi udara tidak terasa dingin. Kolam renang air asli tanpa kaporit, bersih. Penjaga villa Mang Aan siap bantu, Kak Aira admin juga sangat responsif. fasilitas aman, diluar juga ada kamar mandi untuk bilas, disekitar villa adalah rumah penduduk, ada yang jual nasi kuning dan bubur untuk sarapan

− ada kucing yang ingin ikutanmasuk villa. Remote TV tidak ada krn ada penyewa yang membawa (terbawa).
