1.0No tv no kettle no toilet roll, pillows flat uncomfortable bed,
− Did sleep at all too uncomfortable
Not the best stay but can be better next time especially customer

− The smell wasn’t good as we enter the house, room 1 didn’t had low water sinks low pressure, location was too crowded and car park was always full.
Sound not be on this platform.
1.0Nothing, they double booked and despite knowing ) weeks in advance they failed to cj tact us. We only found out in the day we arrived.
− Everything. Even though we didn’t stay in the property some of our party is d the toilet as we’d been travelling over 4 hours. It was disgusting!
On the whole the accommodation is good that can be affordable with in min budget.
7.0I liked the hospitality and service they provided. It was clean and on request room adjustments.
− Did not like about the service of not providing any Food that were supposed to provide. Like Milk, coffee, morning breakfast. Little improvements like proper bed cot to be taken care. Proper welcome to the property and required information is lacking.
