− We checked in on 05.15.26. I rented a small cabin as it was only my 2 daughters and I. We arrived a bit early to the area and thought we'd see if we could check in. I walked in the office and the staff was very friendly. I explained I was there a bit early and figured I'd see if we could check in. The lady at the desk advised that it was empty the night before and should be okay but she'd call housekeeping. No problem, we filled out the forms and chatted. She gave us cabin 3. We left the office and housekeeping was still in the cabin. Again, no issue we drove around the resort and checked it out. We get back and housekeeping left. Cool, we get pulled in and unloaded. Now, keep in mind they don't provide linens at all for the small cabins. So we get in and immediately I can see a dead bug on the windowsill and it's extremely dusty. I threw the bug out and moved on. Next, I went to make the full size bed and found trash behind the bed. Picked it up and moved on. The bunk beds is now the focus of sheets and prepping. The top bunk was decent. The bottom bunk was horrible. You could feel the springs and just very uncomfortable. So I stop in the office and I apologize and let the lady know. She's apologetic and she's looking in her system. She's like I'm going to upgrade you to a cottage that has everything included. I said, are you sure? Thank you! She's doing her thing then her "boss" called and then advised that they would replace the mattress. But she's already advised she was moving us. So I ask her to keep the replacement and she agrees. She's continuing on the computer and filling out the new form with the code and location number then her "boss" calls again ans this time she steps away from the desk leaving for 5-10 mins while I just stand there. She finally came back and again changed her word. Now, she says we are going to put you in cabin 2. At this point I'm annoyed.

Be Cautious when Booking!

The amenities and location was really good. The grounds were well maintained. They had a nice pool area and dog park.

− The bed covers were dirty. They were yellowed and stained. When doing our booking through booking.com, it said the would a bathroom and a kitchenette. When we got there, we got a very tiny cabin with no bathroom and kitchenette! We went to the office and asked one person about it. They were like oh that's booking.com and sent me to someone else. The lady was like we don't honor what booking.com says. If you want a bathroom and kitchenette, you will have to pay $300 more!!! How did they decide what cabin we would get...who knows! Just be careful if using booking.com for them!

We come to pigeon forge very often! Sun outdoors made this our best vacation yet!

Stayed in a cabin with my 4 children ..it was wonderful and staff was great! Can’t wait to come back!
