9.0Struttura molto bella. Posizione, pulizia, cura dei dettagli eccellenti. Letti molto comodi, disponibilità di acqua e caffè. L’host risponde immediatamente in caso di richieste.
− Presenza notevole di zanzare, problema della città. Vista la cura e l’attenzione per il cliente, si suggerisce di ovviare a questo disagio dotando le finestre di zanzariere.

9.0Sehr saubere und moderne Wohnung mit bequemen Betten. Die Wohnung ist in zwei Bereiche aufgeteilt. Zudem ist es sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen. Alles ist in Gehdistanz zu erreichen. Schnelle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit den Gastgeber.
Bella città e cittadini educati.. tranne qualcuno.
3.0La posizione
− HOST maleducato ma soprattutto impreparato . Infatti, pur avendo concordato ed autorizzato un check-out ritardato si è permesso di ammucchiare alla meglio e in una unica mia borsa i miei effetti personali (scarpe, indumenti e suppelletili "tutteinsieme") e trasferirli al piano di sotto in un deposito. Si è giustificato dicendo che aveva necessità di pulire la stanza . Preciso che il check out era stato concordato entro le 12.30... io ero in struttura alle 11.50 e il "misfatto" era già stato compiuto. Violazione di privacy. Da denuncia.

9.0Geweldige host! We waren eerder dan de incheck tijd waardoor de digitale sleutel niet werkte, na een belletje, konden we zonder problemen naar binnen. Appartement zit op de bovenste verdieping en het is er lekker rustig. Alles was schoon en de bedden sliepen goed. Er was ruim koffie aanwezig en zelfs apparaat met soda water. Verder goede airco en uitstekende Wifi.
