It was disappointing, to say the least.
4.0The only things I liked and that closely matched the pictures online were the garden and the swimming pool.
− The overall ambience of the place was quite disappointing. It's very rundown and not maintained properly. Breakfast was nothing close to 5-star quality, and the bar was poorly managed and stocked.

− We found 2 cockroaches and alot of different bugs in our room . The pool was not very clean and my girlfriend hurt her leg when she fell through a rotten board next to the pool while she was walking. I don't know why this is a 5 star hotel Its a 2/3 star at best

− shower didn’t work properly. rooms were dusty. really hard to communicate with anyone as no one spoke English. restaurant took 1.20 to tell us they didn’t have what we ordered. Nice place but wasn’t worth the £ they was asking you can get just as nice closer to town and for less £.
