6.0Gostamos da localização e da gentileza das funcionárias
− Quando chegamos fomos alocadas em uma suíte que não correspondia à minha reserva. Suíte sem janelas e cama com colchão ruim, bem claustrofóbica. Ao comunicar que havia um equívoco e que minha reserva era para a suíte com vista para a piscina, me disseram que todas as outras estavam ocupadas e que só conseguiriam me transferir de quarto no sábado ( 2 noites depois). Na sexta nos transferiram para uma outra suite no andar superior, com tudo ok. Me senti enganada e por muito pouco não acabou com nossa viagem. Além disso, muitas das louças do café, pratos, xícaras e canecas estão rachados ou com pedaços quebrados. Me ofereceram uma saída tardia na segunda como forma de diminuir o desconforto, porém depois disseram que não seria possível. Não voltaremos.
