5.0L'appartement, en semi sous sol gardait bien de frais.
− Les odeurs de chiens étaient omniprésentes à l'avant du logement. L'arrière du logement (petite terrasse) n'est pas utilisable du aux odeurs.

6.0Le logement est grand, le propriétaire répond assez rapidement aux messages , les draps étaient particulièrement propres (comme neufs), logement naturellement frais où nous n'avons jamais dû faire fonctionner la clim, souplesse pour l'arrivée (arrivée autonome)
− Le logement est vieillot, voire vétuste. La place de stationnement qui m'avait été indiquée était occupée par le voisin et j'ai dû me garer sous un manguier dont les branches/ fruits frottaient le toit. Isolation phonique inexistante, mais 3 chiens aboyeurs et agressifs chez le voisin direct dehors. Le matelas manque de fermeté.
