L'appartement est dans une superbe résidence, il est propre, bien équipé et tout y est. Ascenseur et garage compris.
− Ce n'est pas un front de mer, mais la résidence est bien située par rapport à cabo negro, m'diq, tetuan et fnideq. Les moustiques !!! Penser à faire dégager les oiseaux qui habitent le système de climatisation, et à fermer le conduit qui servait d'aération pour l'ancien chauffe eau
