5.0The property is situated in a beautiful, peaceful location with lovely views over a paddock that includes a draft horse. The deck is a pleasant place to sit when the weather is favourable, and the accommodation is only a short drive from Port Elliot and Victor Harbor.
− We found that what was advertised as "Premium Luxury" did not match our expectations. The accommodation appeared to be a converted shed with a concrete floor that had many large cracks. As we arrived after dark, there was no exterior light on to help us locate or access the accommodation. The entrance door has a full-length glass panel without a covering; reducing our sense of privacy at night. We also had some concerns about maintenance and amenities. The step between the bathroom and living area was not secured and tipped when stepped on, which caused me to nearly fall. In addition, only two rolls of toilet paper, and 4 coffee pods were provided for two guests staying three days. The kitchen equipment was quite limited. The internet allowance was minimal and had already been used before our stay, despite the billing period being less than halfway complete. Consequently, the internet connection was very slow.
