Theres a lot to like, it has all facilities listed, and is as advertised, nice shower etc. Nice quiet area, and the park at the top of the road is great for a sunset evening. Meanwhile, as a basement flat it was a little dingy, but on the upside it was nice and cool on a hot day 23-25C inside, 30+ outside . I used train and bus, both of which are easy walking distance, perhaps not that convenient if you want to visit central London, but cos I was at a seminar in Vauxhall it was fine for me.

− Main downside is noise of footfalls from above, which was kind of annoying, but not too bad. Not an issue in sleeping hours. Advice for owner would be to have one of lights in living room be superb bright blue/white LED main light as sometimes I really want to see what I am doing, as well as a nice big frying pan. Meanwhile, the local store is extortionate- £5 for carton of grapefruit juice! So visit a supermarket on your way if your going to need supplies. The local chinese was cheap and nice enough :)

Charming apartment equipped with everything necessary. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood, with good access by bus or train. And very nice and helpful landlady. I loved my stay!

Lovely property and organised host!

My boyfriend and I had a lovely stay here! Perfect for working from home with lots of table/ desk space. Host had everything ready and left a nice message for us arriving. Would definitely recommend.

− No complaints here - area not on the tube line but for us this wasn’t an issue at all and the bus is well connected.
