− 1. AC didn't work though informed by the owner just after we checked in and reduced the room rent by ₹1000 2 No towels, soaps or any basic toiletry kit provided 3. Wash rooms not clean 4. Bed rolls not clean 5. No refrigerator available

1.0Not manage well. The caretaker don't know much about the property. It is so difficult to find the location. The worst thing is that they charge an extra payment apart from what was advertised in Booking.com. They claim that it's a commission they need to pay to Booking.com. After argument, I noticed the cheat and I cancelled the booking. Beware guy😭

− Caretakers should have stayed nearby, cos every time we called she was busy with her work and far away. She was not available if we needed any help.
Amazing place to stay, Super helpful hosts
10.0Hosts are gracious and helpful at every step of our stay. It was an amazing location with in walking distance to everything. We went on Pournami and town was packed with at least a hundred thousand people. They were able to safely navigate us to the property with all the traffic restrictions at place. They also made our lives so easier with getting Arunchaleswar's darshan.
