The view is incredible and the resort facilities are excellent. The rooms were large and comfortable for our family of 5.

− There were a number of issues with the apartment. Linen was forgotten (which was later rectified). The shower door was damaged and wouldn't completely close. The room was not adequately cleaned. The televisions did not work properly. There were no bin bags in the room. When liaising with the owners, some staff were excellent, and some were not.

− -Only 2 toilet rolls supplied. This wasn’t enough for 4 people for 5 days. -The possum poo on the front balcony meant we avoided eating outside. The weather was stunning (which never happens when we visit Melb!) so this was a bit of a downer for us. As soon as we would go out, the possums would be on the railing and even coming right up-to us. Clearly they are very looked after by other residents as they seemed super friendly! They are cute, but it did put us off eating out there. -having to pay $60 for the linen and towels. I really do still think this should be included. It also was a bummer because we used the facilities, included the heated swimming pool, so we had to use the 1 towel we were given for both bath towel and pool towel. I did make use of the clothes rack and dryer, but ideally having a set of beach towels alongside bath towels could make this property more appealing.

Lovely stay and would come again for sure.

Very spacious property. We didn’t get too much outside time because of the weather but it has two outdoor balconies, two large bedrooms and a generous living and kitchen area. Great for a family of 4.

Location

− TV didnt work. Cot didnt have a comfortable mattress. One bedroom had a bad odour. Cleanliness wasnt great

Linen

It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
