A hidden gem!
10.0The place is incredibly comfortable and equipped with everything you need to enjoy a fully independent stay, including a kitchen, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, and even phone chargers. While it might feel small by Western standards, trust me—compared to other places I've stayed in Tokyo, it's surprisingly spacious and comfortable. Plus, the beds were exceptionally cozy!
− If I had to point out a minor drawback, it would be that the bathroom was a bit chilly at first. But ultimately, I would definitely recommend this place.
Well equipped apartment stay in Shin-Koiwa
10.0Great Japanese apartment with cute decorations inside. The property provides good set of amenities and kitchen is well equipped with cutleries etc. The apartment might feel a bit small by Western standards but for Japanese standards it is completely fine and we had no problems with 2 people in the apartment. Communication from the host was excellent and initial instructions were perfect. The location is great because you can easily catch a train to Akihabara from the Shin-Koiwa station and while the distance to the apartment might seem big from the station the trip is really easy to walk even with luggage.
− The toilet seat could be one that has heating but thats just something I've gotten spoiled on :D

10.0There were amenities available and the host was very accomodating to our request of leaving our luggage in early. Really appreciated it. Host was very fast to reply on the booking app and I would come back again to stay
− It’s a 10 min walk from Shin Koiwa station, originally we were unsure of where it was but thankfully there’s a board outside pointing to the place.
