7.0Die ruhige Wohnung und der Balkon waren gut, ruhige Umgebung und Ausblick ebenso
− Die schmutzige Küche mit schlechter Ausstattung und einem schlecht gepflegten, alten Herd; auch das Kochgeschirr war wegen der Unsauberkeit teilweise nicht nutzbar
