10.0Appartement spacieux, confortable, très bien équipé (cuisine, clim, TV avec Netflix, machine à laver), lumineux. Vue partielle sur la mer. Grab facile, moins de 10 minutes du centre.
− Quartier neuf donc peu de commodités au pied de l'immeuble (épicerie, restaurant) : voiture (personnelle ou Grab) à chaque déplacement quasiment impérative, même pour aller acheter du thé (mais cela va changer car le quartier est neuf) Communication plutôt pauvre avec le loueur uniquement via Booking, mais nous n'avons pas eu de souci.
