Staff friendly location excellent

− Poo on toilet on arrival. Door beading kept falling off. Bar closed early. Restaurant not open. Issue with bathroom fan not resolved. Dirty wine glasses.

Great stay in North Wales at Gimblet Holiday Park

The park itself was fabulously clean and tidy, the caravan too. Although in the booking email it did say that a deposit would be required of £100 pounds to cover against damages, it turned out to be £150 required. The caravan was really clean and comfortable and had an enjoyable stay. Didn’t really use any facilities on site bar, gym etc. But the staff on reception when booking in were really helpful and engaging.

Excellent park and ideal for exploring the amazing area around that part of wales

− Not much open in the local area for food during the week so you have to travel to find open restaurants,maybe better during the peak season

Loved the location, the caravan was exactly what we hoped it would be, the staff were professional, friendly and attentive and the general surroundings and views were simply beautiful.
