（喫煙所の換気を除いて）とてもよかったです。
9.0大街道駅/勝山町駅からもアクセスがとてもよかったです。部屋はビジネスステイとしてちょうどいいサイズで、朝食もよかったです。なお松山城が徒歩圏なので、朝の散歩にて城の外観と、松山市街の展望ができました。（リフトも城も営業時間前だったため）
− 当方、電子タバコ喫煙者ですが、1階の喫煙室のにおいが強すぎるので、換気をよくしてもらいたいです。やむを得ず、目の前のコンビニ屋外喫煙所にいきました。
優しいスタッフ
7.0スタッフの親切な対応は特筆できるくらい良いです。高級ホテルのような言葉や所作ではないものの、心遣いは上級です。 朝食は期待値が高かったのでそれほど感動しませんでしたが、連泊でも十分満足。
− 客室内、特にバスルームが古い様式で物を置くスペースがせまいです。あと好みですが枕がひとつしか無いので高さ調整がしにくかったです。ビジネス滞在としては十分

7.0必要十分な施設であったことと、スタッフの穏やかな対応が良かった。またロケーションも繁華街のなかで便利だった。 冷蔵庫があるのは良かった。
− 洗面所の洗面器が小さく水が飛び散る。スーツケースを置く台が小さい。清掃が有料（4泊以上で一度無料）なのは不便。朝食の選択肢が少ない。
