Η τοποθεσία! Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο με εύκολη πρόσβαση παντού! Ωραίος αισθητικά ο κάτω χώρος αν και λίγο "πνιγμένος".
− Ο χώρος έχει μόνο δύο παράθυρα δίπλα από την είσοδο τα οποία είναι στο δρόμο και δεν μπορείς να τα ανοίξεις γιατί άνετα μπαίνει ο οποιοσδήποτε, με αποτέλεσμα ο χώρος να μην αερίζεται και να υπάρχει μια έντονη μυρωδιά κλεισούρας η οποία ήταν αποπνικτική και πότισε μέχρι τα ρούχα! Υπάρχει κλιματιστικό στον κάτω χώρο το οποίο όμως δεν φτάνει να δροσίσει τον πάνω χώρο που βρίσκεται η κουζίνα, η τουαλέτα και το μπάνιο με αποτέλεσμα την δωρεάν σάουνα! Ο βραστήρας έχανε νερό με αποτέλεσμα να κάψω τα δάκτυλά μου. Οι γωνίες του τραπεζιού της κουζίνας κόβουν (έφυγα με σκίσιμο στην κοιλιά!) Ένα πολύ σημαντικό σημείο που χρήζει μεγάλης προσοχής είναι ότι η τουαλέτα βρίσκεται μπροστά στη σκάλα και για να μπεις και να βγεις υπάρχει ένα σκαλάκι. Αν ξεχαστείς ή παραπατήσεις έχεις φύγει από τη σκάλα!! Επίσης, ενημερωτικά, δεν προσφέρεται τίποτα (π.χ. νερό, καφές, τσάι κλπ), δεν είναι υποχρεωτικό φυσικά, αλλά σε όσα καταλύματα έχω μείνει πάντα υπήρχε κάτι.
