Ein Kleinod an Kreativität, Nachhaltigkeit, Gemütlichkeit und Gastfreundlichkeit. Sehr saubere, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, sehr ruhig, ca. 20 min Fußweg ins Zentrum. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Schön dass auf die Umwelt geachtet wird. Parken auf der Straße kein Problem. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung von Chemnitz und Umgebung.

Jederzeit wieder - eine äußerst charmante Unterkunft!

Liebevoll wiederaufgebautes Hinterhaus im Stadtteil Schlosschemnitz, mit ein wenig Fabrik-Touch, auf jeden Fall super originell und wäre für uns immer wieder die erste Wahl in Chemnitz. Die Innenstadt vom Marktplatz bis zum Theaterplatz ist sehr gut zu erreichen (Bus 21 und 31). Nicht weiter überlegen, hier wollt Ihr auf jeden Fall wohnen und dass es bei mir viele Jahre gedauert hat, wieder nach Karl-Marx-Stadt zu kommen, war schon wegen der tollen Wohnung ein Fehler.

− Ein paar warme Worte zum nicht-linearen Fernsehen - oder haben wir die übersehen? - wären nicht schlecht.
