7.0Dear Team, Overall, we were satisfied with the property, and the stay was good. However, the biggest issue was the parking and luggage access. There was no proper road to reach the property, so we had to carry all our luggage uphill ourselves, which was very difficult, especially with my wife and children. If a proper access road is not possible, I strongly recommend that you provide at least a staff member or porter to help guests with loading and unloading their luggage. This would greatly improve the guest experience and make the stay much more comfortable.
Excellent view but approach is difficult
8.0Its location gives a very good view of the mountains, valley It is open from the east and will give full view of sunrise from Oct to Mar. We could see only partial view from an adjacent building
− But the approach is not good - one needs to trek on a sloppy road for about 70 mtr that could be risky for elders and during rain. In fact, one cant take vehicle, even two wheelers, upto the property
