Horrible vacation

− Late check in after 6 pm which makes us lose the fun on the first day of accommodations due to changing the dirty chalet to another dirty one as it has Crocks in the kitchen and the furniture was broken and old, also the facilities were closed and the vent in the bathroom wasn't working so we complain that without any action from them side regarding that usual at most of chalets.

− Everything was horrible, starting from all the furniture till the dirty rooms and bathrooms, also all the electric appliances weren't working normally and needed to fix, moreover there's no blankets beside that there's a lot of wrong informations like coffee machine while wasn't available, clothing washer also wasn't available and when we asked about they told us that's chalet so you don't need it while it's available in the mentioned photos, finally for the bathroom electric vent wasn't working and when we complain that they told us that is not working at most of chalets so he can't do anything, finally the reception asked us to pay Security deposit while it wasn't mentioned here in the policy
