7.0Communicatie was heel goed en regelde heel snel.
− Het douchen als je met meerdere bent kan je een 1 uur of 1,5 wachten tot je weer warm water hebt dat was echt een minpunt
Würde hier nicht nochmal wohnen wollen.
4.0Die Lage war sehr gut.
− Mülleimer und Aschenbecher bei Ankunft voll. Auch sonst nicht wirklich sauber. Es waren noch die Schuhe vom Vorgänger unter dem Sofa. Badezimmer-Tür ließ sich kaum öffnen, weil sie verzogen war. Löcher in den Wänden. Möbel teilweise defekt. Klingel wurde von außen ständig betätigt, auch nachts. Auch nachts wegen der Hauptstraße sehr laut. Beschwerde an Betreiber, aber keine wirkliche Hilfe. Wollten wegen der Klingel-Belästigung vorher abreisen, eine Erstattung, wenn auch nur Anteilig, wurde jedoch sofort ausgeschlossen.

− Se pasaron 2 noches llamando al telefonillo durante toda la noche a altas horas de la madrugada porque van al piso de al lado que deben vender algo pero imposible descansar, un no parar de entrada y salida de gente al portal y llamando al telefonillo

5.0Enough rooms and bathrooms, space was good. Hosts were responsive and helpful.
− A lot of broken items, shower holders were broken so having a shower was difficult in both bathrooms, one of the skirting board had fallen off and was on the floor. Dishwasher soap campartment holder was broken so we couldn't really use the dishwasher and was unable to get it started. In fairness we did address these issues to the host while we were there and they did respond quickly and offer to send someone over to look at these issues.
