Il complesso è veramente un’oasi di pace, immerso tra le colline e con una meravigliosa vista dalla zona piscina. L’atmosfera è rilassante. Noi abbiamo soggiornato la settimana di ferragosto dove erano presenti i titolari della tenuta,molto disponibili ed attenti agli ospiti. Anche le aree verdi sono ben tenute e pulite. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo l’essere pet friendly e la zona barbecue.

Casale nel verde con piscina, in panorama splendido, potenzialmente molto rilassante: effettivamente un po' meno, data la presenza durante il nostro weekend di permanenza di una decina di preadolescenti - forse familiari dei proprietari - non dell'opinione (sarebbe stato gradito un avvertimento in merito). Letto molto comodo, appartamento confortevole e dotato di aria condizionata.

− Considerata la magnifica cornice e le altrettanto belle strutture, sarebbe opportuna una maggior pulizia degli interni (abbiamo trovato ragnatele - relativamente comprensibili in campagna - ma anche peli e capelli in bagno); inoltre, l'appartamento non era dotato del minimo indispensabile per cucinare (olio. sale), cosa un po' inaspettata dato anche il costo del soggiorno.

Camera essenziale e pulita. Gestore disponibile e accogliente. La posizione isolata, ma vicina al paese, e con pochi ospiti, è perfetta per ricaricare le energie della settimana. L'utilizzo della piscina ha fatto il resto!

The villa is in a good location and makes an impression. Really as a building, it makes you feel in the middle of traditional Tuscany. Surrounded by olive and vineyards. The shops are about 3 to 5 minutes by car, but the villa itself is in a quiet place. We liked that the villa is closed and you park inside. The rooms are a good size, although in the first there is a kitchen and a room, so it's good that there is a function of a folding bed, so that during the day you can use the space. The kitchen is very well equipped. In one room there is an air conditioner, which was also very helpful, especially since we were with a dog, because it was extremely hot. For the first few days we were practically alone, in the second half, there were more people, but still great comfort in terms of space and use of the pool. There are very comfortable sun loungers by the pool. The water is clean. Beautiful view from the sun loungers of the surrounding areas. Silence, peace, beautiful surroundings.

− Mainly the hospitality element and atmosphere from the owners were missing. From the extra things, but generally available in many private places, there was no local welcome snack, leaflets, local information, recommendations in the room. One day, new guests arrived (I thought so, but I suspect they were the owners with their family. They did not introduce themselves, but it was easy to deduce). The gentleman came up to me and pointed out that I was sitting at the wrong table and that this table did not belong to my room. And that they would now use it, and I had to use this small table a bit further away. I will add that no one sat at it the whole day, even after I moved. The small table was in the sun and so hot, because it was metal and the chairs too, that it was impossible to sit there, plus the grass was uncut under it. So I think that the photos of the large wooden table under the shelter should not have appeared in the advert since they are not for general use, but they were. This covered shelter was the only covered place outside where you could sit at this temperature. During the entire stay, no one even asked if everything was okay and how we were living. There was a huge distance felt. Mainly, the human element was missing - service. It was simply minimalist. As for the smaller things, the vacuum cleaner did not work. Despite the ban and regulations that dogs are not allowed in the swimming pool area, they did. Right at the beginning I was asked for copies of passports of all guests, including our teenage daughter. The lady who greeted us took photos of our passports.
