Bel emplacement avec les commerces à proximité et la plage à quelques mètres. L'appartement est très fonctionnel et propre dans l'ensemble.

− la salle de bain avec wc qui n'est pas fermée qui donne directement sur la chambre. Il faudrait une porte pour éviter les éventuels relents des toilettes.
