Schönes neues Objekt mit "Luft nach oben"

Sehr geräumige helle Wohnung. Super Lage! Sehr belebt durch Straße, Strandbar und Theater. Die Nähe zum Strand war toll mit den Enkeln, denn wir hatten Badewetter. Sehr schöner Strand, mit vielen Schattenplätzen, sauberem Seewasser und einen coolen Wasserpark. Die Angebote in dem nahen Familienpark sind gut nutzbar, wenn man mobil ist. Viele gastronomische Einrichtungen im Ort. Touristisch gut erschlossen. Es gibt die Möglichkeit, Fahrräder sicher zu verschließen.

− Die Schlüsselübergabe war schlecht. Wir konnten den Vermieter telefonisch nicht erreichen. Die Schlafräume hatten keine Gage. Eine Klimaanlage stand in der Ausstattung. War aber nicht vorhanden. Die Küchenausstattung war minimal für eine Familie. Es gab keinen Schlüssel für das Gartentor. Auch darüber hinaus gibt es einige Dinge, die bestimmt noch verbessert werden können.
