10.0Very spacious (we were 2 persons) and clean and nice apartment! Big and well equipped kitchen! Walking distance to the beach. Nice view in the 1st floor apartment! We were very happy!
− The buisness asks for a guest registration process to the businesses external website, which didn't didn't work and even if it worked, is very inconvenient, so we just sent the passport pictures by email. The business responded to our in-app message only with a standard response to contact them on their website (where the registration didn't work). The business could improve here by responding directly via booking.com chat. I would still book again since the apartment was really nice!

3.0− Preisleistungsverhältnis nicht akzeptabel. Für den Preis bekommt man eine sehr gute Unterkunft in Merida. Es gab kein heisses Wasser. Keine Antwort auf unsere Frage wie man heisses Wasser bekommt. Anfragen werden ignoriert. Sehr wackelige Betten. Spinnennetze an den Decken. Generell nicht in die Instandhaltung investiert. Sehr dreckiger Pool. Viel zu teuer für das was geboten wird. Kann keinen Aufenthalt hier empfehlen.

9.0Well appointed apartment with AC, large room with 2 double beds, steps from the beach. Hosts were pretty attentive and responded quickly to questions or anyhting we needed. Store about half a mile from the property. Nice bar/restaurant next door. Pretty relaxing and quiet!!!
− If you want to go to the center of town (only one ATM in town) you have to hail the local cabs (motorcycle-cart type for 2 people at best).
