9.0La chambre est spacieuse et agréable. Belle vue sur l'enclos des ours. Bon moment avec un des soigneurs le matin pour nourir les animaux. Plusieurs excursions offertes avec la nuit ( verticalp). Cerise sur le gâteau, un jacuzzi est à disposition. Nous avons aussi apprécié le repas pris le soir au restaurant ( mention spéciale pour le Taziki de thon) et un service agréable.
− Une petite désorganisation pour le petit déjeûner pris après le nourrissage des animaux ( manque d'assiettes et tasses, quelques plats vides) Mais ce n'est qu'un détail.

9.0Superbe expérience immersive avec accès illimité au zoo à toute heure. Récit des gardiens le matin durant le nourrissage, hurlement des loups la nuit, marmottes en liberté ! Que du bonheur pour les enfants.
− Un peu chaud dans la chambre à 4 sans clim -> 30° et pas d'air... Les jeunes serveurs au restaurant manquent un peu d'expérience et de vivacité, dommage.
Un superbe séjour dans un hotel au milieu d'un zoo
9.0Très belle hôtel, chambre spacieuse ainsi que la salle de douche. Tout fonctionne parfaitement, douche avec pression. Tout est propre. Le personnel est charmant et serviable. Et le concept d'un hotel dans le zoo est excellent - surtout pour les familles, les enfants. Superbe piscine entre les rochers devant l'hôtel.
− Le seul bémol est peut-être le restaurant. Le choix de plat est un peu restreint, bien que les pizzas au feu de bois étaient un délice.
